More than 50 luxury properties to be verified ‘accessible’ in 2025
UK-based hospitality company Inclu has launched Inclusive Luxury Hotels, the world’s first hotel discovery platform dedicated to luxury travel for disabled guests.
The platform launches with 18 vetted hotels and resorts across 10 countries, with plans to expand to 50 properties in 2025.
Each property is evaluated by IncluCare, the company's certification platform, for both physical accessibility and inclusive culture.
Amilla Maldives is the first property to earn IncluCare’s five-star rating, recognised for at least two years of sustained inclusivity initiatives.
The resort features accessible villas, beach and floating wheelchairs, adapted spa and dining areas and accommodations for guests with sensory disabilities. Staff are trained in inclusive hospitality and offerings include adaptive scuba diving, yoga and accessible excursions.

Six other properties have achieved Verified by IncluCare status, including The Atlantic Hotel in Jersey, Euphoria Retreat in Greece, Hotel Éclat Beijing, La Miniera Pool Villas Pattaya and two South African lodges.
The platform also highlights ‘En Route’ properties that are actively working toward full verification. These include three hotels in the UK (Conrad London St James, Great Scotland Yard Hotel and Pan Pacific London), one in the US (Hyatt Centric Park City in Utah), three lodges in Costa Rica, as well as resorts, including Conrad Maldives Rangali Island and Matachica Resort & Spa in Belize.
Established in 2022, IncluCare has a rigorous four-step accreditation process, with steps including: an Inclusive Hospitality Appraisal (IHA) of current facilities, amenities and service provision for guests with disabilities; an online webinar and train-the-trainer programme for guest-facing personnel; an action and adjustment plan to improve accessibility and guest-inclusivity provision; and visibility and promotion for the hospitality venue.
