Gordon Ramsay opens pizzeria at Dubai’s Atlantis, The Palm

The venue will serve unlimited pizza, soft drinks and live entertainment 

Atlantis, The Palm has added to its culinary offering with the launch of Gordon Ramsay’s Street Pizza. Located next to the resort’s Bread Street Kitchen, also by Gordon Ramsay, the concept originally opened in London in 2018 with a simple ethos: pizza without rules.

Speaking about the launch, Gordon Ramsay said: “Pizza doesn’t need to be complicated, and I’m ready to introduce Dubai to simple, delicious bottomless pizza – served by the slice so guests can enjoy as much of our signature toppings as they like. I believe in supporting growth, and more importantly, opening really great places for people to eat and have fun. I invite everyone to come and enjoy fantastic pizza, listen to the best DJs and have an amazing time.”

Taking Atlantis, The Palm’s food and beverage offering up to an impressive total of 35 restaurants, bars and lounges, Gordon Ramsay’s Street Pizza will offer diners a relaxed, casual, no reservations concept in a setting accented with street art and graffiti.

Offering bottomless pizza for AED95 per person, and free-flowing soft drinks for AED35, guests are served a rotation of slices direct to the table. Street Pizza specialises in Neapolitan-style sourdough pizza and signatures include Margherita, pepperoni, charred aubergine, and corn and chorizo, along with a daily special creations, which include options such as pulled lamb or wild mushroom.

Side dishes include ‘pizza fries’, truffle fries, fresh salads from the raw bar and homemade dips, from buttermilk to pesto.

A DJ will play every night of the week from 6pm, with a singer performing every Thursday from 6pm.
